If you haven't been following my Twitter or public Patreon feed, you are probably wondering where the heck the next release is. Long story short, it has been an ordeal with a lot of issues adding up to vastly longer development time for this next release than I hoped for. I always work on large releases, so I expect months between them. But this long has been too long for my goals.

The good news is that the last few weeks have been smooth sailing with very quick and very good progress. Too early to project a release date (I usually do that when we hit a beta release to my beta team). But we are just a few weeks away now. I'm over halfway done with renders, and writing should be done, except for whatever my final pass through and the beta team find. Then it is just path testing, bug fixing, and a couple of polishing items before release.

It is always an adventure with development here, even after a few years of doing this. I've learned a ton with this last release, and it is meeting my expectations as my best one yet. The next release will be posted to Itch.io a few days after it goes live on Patreon. There will be no free release of Chapter 7, but, as always, you won't have to pay much to get this chapter (which will include previous chapters, if you don't already have those).
